I contacted PNG Garage Doors llc (Paul), based on referral, because I was under the impression my garage door opener needed replacing. Paul showed up right when he promised, took a look at things and said it didn’t need replacing; just a service (missing a bolt, tightening the chain). He actually had to move my opener because it was sitting too close to the door itself; cleaned it up and lubed springs, etc. Two most important things for me; showing up on time, and provide an honest evaluation of the problem. Paul is incredible! We just bought a house and needed a garage technician to help fix one of our doors. The security feature was broken, so when the door was closing and when something went underneath it the door would not stop. Since we have dogs, this issue could be a dangerous problem if not fixed.
