As the vibrant colors of spring emerge in Golden, it is the perfect time for homeowners to refresh and revitalize their living spaces. A new garage door not only enhances the curb appeal of your home but also provides functional and safety benefits!

Check out this recent job we had the pleasure of completing earlier this month: the results truly speak for themselves.

Before: Garage Door Replacement in Golden, CO

Beautiful home in Golden, CO in need of a garage door replacement

Though the previous garage door was an elegant match, there was some damage to the bottom right corner of the door. Once a garage door becomes damaged, it not only takes away from the overall appearance and feel of the home, but it can ruin any insulation (raising energy costs) and even be a security risk.

For this project, we wanted to restore the elegance and rustic nature of the home while giving a slight upgrade and getting rid of the noticeable damage.

After: Garage Door Replacement in Golden, CO

Notice the way the new garage door elevates the feel and look of this beautiful home. We used the Amarr 16×7 Lincoln 3000 in the color ‘walnut woodgrain.’ This door comes finished with ⅛” frosted glass, prairie inserts, and features 10,000 cycle springs. This garage also has a 15” track and trim.

In addition to the aesthetics and quality of this installation, the operating system received an upgrade as well. The jackshaft model 8500 from LiftMaster features a two-way entry system: a keypad as well as two remote controls for easy access.

Whether you are looking to renovate your entire home or you just want to update your garage, PNG is here to help. We’ll help you find the perfect door and opener for your home and budget and will get it installed quickly and effectively. Give us a call today for a free consultation.
