We communicated quite a bit via text message, the job was completely super efficiently and he went above and beyond lubricating our springs and inspecting the garage door installation (done previously). Paul showed up right when he promised, took a look at things and said it didn’t need replacing; just a service (missing a bolt, tightening the chain). He actually had to move my opener because it was sitting too close to the door itself; cleaned it up and lubed springs, etc. Two most important things for me; showing up on time, and provide an honest evaluation of the problem. Paul did both and he had everything on hand to remedy the issue. If the need arises I will definitely be contacting PNG Garage Doors again. Audra WalterFebruary 25, 2022.Paul is incredible! We just bought a house and needed a garage technician to help fix one of our doors. The security feature was broken, so when the door was closing and when something went underneath it the door would not stop. Since we have dogs, this issue could be a dangerous problem if not fixed. I called Paul and he drove all the way out to roxborough park the next day and had it fixed within the hour. I’ll be storing his number in my speed dial for all my future garage needs. He was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and most important in my book, he was on time!
